I called multiple companies before calling JT Services. Some were even advertised as less with good reviews. The main reason I went with JT Services is because they picked up the phone when I called. I appreciated being able to speak to a live person and ask questions. The lady iI spoke to was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and told me what I could expect for my appointment. You would not believe how many companies let AI answer the phone and try and schedule. No thank you.
The expert was very professional, arrived exactly when he said he would. He was quick to diagnose and was able to fix my issue within the hour of arriving.
10 out of 10, will recommend, and will use their services again if any future issues come up.

Obtaining a new and complete HVAC system is a major investment, and JT Services made the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress‑free. I met with six other vendors beforehand—some didn’t even bother to come out—but Eugene from JT Services showed up promptly, was respectful, and thoroughly assessed our old system before providing thoughtful recommendations.
The installation team, including Eugene, was meticulous and respectful throughout the process. Julia was incredibly patient, answering every question we had and walking us through all the options from the various quotes we’d received. We didn’t choose the cheapest setup or the most expensive one; instead, we were able to select the exact make and model of the furnace, evaporator coil, and AC unit to match our needs and budget.
From dismantling the old system to installing new ductwork and cleaning up afterward, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The workspace was spotless when they finished, and we couldn’t be happier with our new HVAC system.
Shop around and compare—what truly set JT Services apart for us was how Eugene and Julia communicated and treated us. Their professionalism and care made all the difference

★★★★☆
Overall, the repair was successful, and the technician correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The replacement part arrived within the estimated timeframe, and once it was available, the repair was scheduled promptly. The technician was professional and explained the repair process clearly.
The reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the billing and communication.
The technician told me that my $60 diagnostic fee would be deducted from the total repair cost. The estimate I received prominently displayed a total of $323.61, which I naturally understood to be the total cost of the repair after that deduction. However, the final invoice showed that the actual total out-of-pocket cost was $383.61 because the $323.61 represented only the remaining balance after the previously paid $60 diagnostic fee.
The math is correct, but I believe the estimate is presented in a way that can easily confuse customers. I recommend asking them to clearly state your total out-of-pocket cost, including any diagnostic fees you've already paid, before approving the repair.
Communication during the parts wait could also have been more proactive. I had to follow up several times to get updates on the shipment status.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the repair itself, but I think the billing presentation and customer communication could be improved.

HVAC unit air filter difficult to get to. Service person asked to see it. Once realized that it was a tight squeeze and difficult to get to, he didn’t do it. Asked last time filter was changed, then said, oh, it should be good. Shrugged it off cause he didn’t want to deal with it. Rest of service was good.
As far as home warranty went, he didn’t do cleaning, filter check, anything I would have had done by my own HVAC company for spring and fall maintenance.

JT Services are phenomenal. I had an issue with my Miele steam oven and Mykhailo came the next day to fix it. This was after I had been told by the very reputable store where I bought it that I would need a new water pump. Since the repairman did absolutely nothing to determine this, I went with JT Services based on their many excellent 5 * reviews. I’m so glad I did. I was very impressed with Mykhailo, his expertise and honestly and I have no hesitation in highly recommending JT Services.

I needed to have my AC replaced due to age and wear and tear. I have a warranty service through AHS who contracted JT Services as my technicians. They were quick to schedule a call both times (for the initial diagnostic visit and then for the new unit install visit). They were also very professional and efficient and explained the different parts of the process as they came up (and even fixed a small non related gas leak by my water heater). I am happy with the overall result.

After discovering that our 54 bottle wine cooler was no longer working I began contacting several local appliance repair companies. Many companies were not willing to work on it because it is a high-end unfamiliar brand, or they only repaired brands they sold, or didn't repair them at all.
After talking with Matt at JT Appliance they were willing to send out a tech to assess the problem. Kevin quickly found the issue. They were willing to work with me and the company to acquire the part. After a couple of weeks Kevin came out and replaced the part and repaired the unit saving me a ton of money on replacement cost and shipping.
Thanks so much JT Appliance! I will definitely contact JT them again to address any other appliance repair needs that I might have!

Techs were knowledgeable and professional. The office personnel were very responsive and had great communication. I had a full system replacement (AC and furnace). They sent three technicians. They showed up on time and started right away. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and restored as if they were never there. They did not leave until everything was tested and working correctly. The work was done partly through a third party (warranty company) and the office worked with me and the warranty company to make sure everything was ordered and processed. Great experience overall.
Update:
Just had a second system replaced (the house has 2 systems). Very similar experience as last time.

First time using JT Services. Needed gas burner adjustment on 25 yr old GE range. Vitelli identified the issue quickly made the necessary change. Our Maytag gas dryer was performing on a hit or miss basis. Vitelli noticed the outside vent laps weren’t opening as needed due to they were painted last year and ere stuck shut. This was causing overheating. The vent was adjusted and the burnt out coils were replaced. Job was completed in a timely fashion and at reasonable cost.

AHS hired a different company to install a new furnace (Lenox)after my motor stopped working on my previous one. Everyday for a month afterwards there existed a terrible sleep-disturbing knocking sound. They sent the original installers to assess the problem. I was told the knocking was due to expansion of the air ducts and there wasn’t anything they could do. I didn’t have this sound with my original furnace. After much persistence, AHS finally sent Sash from JT services to investigate the problem. Sash and his boss (who he called on the phone) finally figured out that the above screw was erroneously placed in the motor blower; once removed, the knocking noises disappeared!! I am so pleased that they were able to fix the issue.
