JT was very responsive after my home warranty service request was submitted on a Friday, I believe. They called me within 24 hours and were able to setup service for that coming Monday. My AC was not cooling sufficiently. Eugene hasdbeen to my home before over the years. Eugene and his crew came out to replace my HVAC system. It was an extremely hot day and the job took 5 hours or more to remove my old system and carefully install the new one. I was a little worried because I live in an old building and the space that houses the unit is very small. I was very pleased with the result. Very clean install! Overall, the repair was successful, and the technician correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The replacement part arrived within the estimated timeframe, and once it was available, the repair was scheduled promptly. The technician was professional and explained the repair process clearly.
The reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the billing and communication.
The technician told me that my $60 diagnostic fee would be deducted from the total repair cost. The estimate I received prominently displayed a total of $323.61, which I naturally understood to be the total cost of the repair after that deduction. However, the final invoice showed that the actual total out-of-pocket cost was $383.61 because the $323.61 represented only the remaining balance after the previously paid $60 diagnostic fee.
The math is correct, but I believe the estimate is presented in a way that can easily confuse customers. I recommend asking them to clearly state your total out-of-pocket cost, including any diagnostic fees you've already paid, before approving the repair.
Communication during the parts wait could also have been more proactive. I had to follow up several times to get updates on the shipment status.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the repair itself, but I think the billing presentation and customer communication could be improved.

HVAC unit air filter difficult to get to. Service person asked to see it. Once realized that it was a tight squeeze and difficult to get to, he didn’t do it. Asked last time filter was changed, then said, oh, it should be good. Shrugged it off cause he didn’t want to deal with it. Rest of service was good.
As far as home warranty went, he didn’t do cleaning, filter check, anything I would have had done by my own HVAC company for spring and fall maintenance.

JT Services are phenomenal. I had an issue with my Miele steam oven and Mykhailo came the next day to fix it. This was after I had been told by the very reputable store where I bought it that I would need a new water pump. I needed to have my AC replaced due to age and wear and tear. I have a warranty service through AHS who contracted JT Services as my technicians. They were quick to schedule a call both times (for the initial diagnostic visit and then for the new unit install visit). They were also very professional and efficient and explained the different parts of the process as they came up (and even fixed a small non related gas leak by my water heater). I am happy with the overall result.

After discovering that our 54 bottle wine cooler was no longer working I began contacting several local appliance repair companies. Many companies were not willing to work on it because it is a high-end unfamiliar brand, or they only repaired brands they sold, or didn't repair them at all.
After talking with Matt at JT Appliance they were willing to send out a tech to assess the problem. Kevin quickly found the issue. They were willing to work with me and the company to acquire the part. After a couple of weeks Kevin came out and replaced the part and repaired the unit saving me a ton of money on replacement cost and shipping.

Vitalii was very nice and he explained everything he was doing and what he found. He explained the malfunction to me, repaired it, and gave me advice on how to keep my range running better. Then, as he put it the oven back together, he asked me if I knew that the factory suggests using liquid detergent in my dishwasher to prevent leaks and prolong the life of the dishwasher. I bought gel detergent the next day! It was a very good experience!

Mykhailo was the HVAC tech that came to inspect and repair the ice maker on my fridge. He was in and out in an hour and he fixed the ice maker for a reasonable price! Couple hours later and I heard the ice maker dropping ice (: would definitely recommend !

Techs were knowledgeable and professional. The office personnel were very responsive and had great communication. I had a full system replacement (AC and furnace). They sent three technicians. They showed up on time and started right away. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and restored as if they were never there. They did not leave until everything was tested and working correctly. The work was done partly through a third party (warranty company) and the office worked with me and the warranty company to make sure everything was ordered and processed. Great experience overall.

First time using JT Services. Needed gas burner adjustment on 25 yr old GE range. Vitelli identified the issue quickly made the necessary change. Our Maytag gas dryer was performing on a hit or miss basis. Vitelli noticed the outside vent laps weren’t opening as needed due to they were painted last year and ere stuck shut. This was causing overheating. The vent was adjusted and the burnt out coils were replaced. Job was completed in a timely fashion and at reasonable cost.

AHS hired a different company to install a new furnace (Lenox)after my motor stopped working on my previous one. Everyday for a month afterwards there existed a terrible sleep-disturbing knocking sound. They sent the original installers to assess the problem. I was told the knocking was due to expansion of the air ducts and there wasn’t anything they could do. I didn’t have this sound with my original furnace. After much persistence, AHS finally sent Sash from JT services to investigate the problem. Sash and his boss (who he called on the phone) finally figured out that the above screw was erroneously placed in the motor blower; once removed, the knocking noises disappeared!! I am so pleased that they were able to fix the issue.
